The Pointe at Hurricane Lake

The Pointe at Hurricane Lake is the newest phase of waterfront homes to begin development within the Hurricane Lake Estates community. This 75 lot residential community is developed by Ted Van Tassel of V2 Development . Phase 2 of this development is currently under construction. The lots on the lake are very large lots, lake lots average more than a half acre in size. There are several estate size lots on the lake over an acre. The Pointe is a private gated community in the Bryant School District. Hope Consulting provided engineering including grading, drainage, water and storm drainage design. Hope Consulting, Inc. provided Land Surveying and Construction Staking throughout the development as well as all construction management and Community Representation needed to get this subdivision through the approval process.
